RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
30-Day Returns
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days.
- Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Vorrelle does not cover return or exchange shipping under any circumstances.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Worn, washed, or used products, as well as items damaged by the customer, will not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return
- Email hi@vorrelleusa.com within the 30-day window to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Include your order number and pictures of the product in the email.
- Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the return address of the nearest warehouse.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Any cancellation requested after this 24-hour window is subject to a $25 administration fee.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, a cancellation is not possible; the customer must wait to receive the item and initiate a standard return.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
