RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days.
  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Vorrelle does not cover return or exchange shipping under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Worn, washed, or used products, as well as items damaged by the customer, will not qualify for a refund.

How to Request a Return

  • Email hi@vorrelleusa.com within the 30-day window to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
  • Include your order number and pictures of the product in the email.
  • Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the return address of the nearest warehouse.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Any cancellation requested after this 24-hour window is subject to a $25 administration fee.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, a cancellation is not possible; the customer must wait to receive the item and initiate a standard return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
